1. Ticket Cancellation

1.1 Operator-Initiated Cancellations:
If a scheduled bus service is cancelled by the operator due to operational, safety, or regulatory reasons, customers shall be entitled to a full refund of the ticket fare.

1.2 Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
A partial refund will be granted for cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled departure time.
No refund shall be applicable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure or in case of passenger no-show.

1.3 Cancellation Requests:
All cancellation requests must be submitted through the official Bhanavetech Bus Booking website or mobile application. Requests received through other channels may not be processed.
2. Refund Processing

2.1 Processing Period:
Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

2.2 Payment Mode:
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during the booking. The actual time taken for the amount to reflect may vary depending on the respective bank or payment gateway.

2.3 Service Charges:
Any applicable transaction or service charges levied by payment gateways or banks are non-refundable.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Delay in arrival or missed boarding due to the passenger’s fault.
- Incorrect, incomplete, or misleading passenger information provided at the time of booking.
- Technical issues arising from the customer’s internet connectivity, browser settings, or device malfunction.
- Bookings made under special offers, discounts, or promotional codes marked as non-refundable.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government-imposed travel restrictions.
4. Contact and Dispute Resolution
If a refund has not been received within the specified period, customers may contact our support team at
info@bhanavetech.com with valid booking and transaction details.
All refund-related disputes shall be subject to review and final decision by Bhanavetech Bus Booking Management.
The company reserves the right to modify or amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
