  • Digital Wallets and other approved payment partners

All payments must be completed at the time of booking to confirm your seat.

2. Transaction Security

Your payment safety is our top priority. All transactions are processed through SSL-encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We never store your card details, CVV, or any sensitive information on our servers. Our payment partners use advanced fraud detection tools to ensure 100% secure transactions.

3. Failed or Pending Transactions

If money is deducted but your booking is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded by your bank or payment provider within 3–7 working days. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or wallet provider. Bhanavetech Bus Booking is not responsible for delays caused by third-party gateways or banks.

If a refund is not received within 7 working days, please contact our support team at info@bhanavetech.com with your transaction ID.

4. Fraud Prevention & Manual Verification

To maintain a safe booking environment, suspicious or high-value transactions may be held for manual verification. We reserve the right to cancel or withhold any booking that fails verification or appears fraudulent. Any misuse of the payment system will be reported to the relevant authorities as per applicable laws.

5. Company Rights & Policy Updates

Bhanavetech Bus Booking reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any payment method or policy without prior notice. All updates will be published on this page with the latest effective date.
